Our Founder's Story

I’m Rachel Rodriguez, founder of ALLSO Empowered Consulting, and my passion lies in helping businesses build strong, people-focused organizations that thrive.

Growing up in San Antonio, Texas, as one of four children in a low-income household, I learned early on the value of hard work, resilience, and opportunity. I saw firsthand how limited resources and generational cycles could impact a family’s ability to grow and succeed. But I also learned that with the right support, leadership, and mindset, transformation is possible. That belief became the driving force behind my career—not just to break the cycle for myself, but to help others do the same.

That journey led me to the financial services industry, where I developed a passion for leadership, development, and organizational success. Through this work, I discovered the mission-driven nature of credit unions—institutions built on service, trust, and community empowerment. This resonated deeply with me. Just as credit unions uplift and support their members, I wanted to use my expertise to empower leaders, strengthen teams, and create lasting change.
